1. Il seguente Regolamento si riferisce all’attività di gioco a premi mensile di Jollibee Italia. Tutti gli utenti che seguono il profilo Instagram di Jollibee Italia possono essere estratti come vincitori. Accettando un eventuale premio, i partecipanti sottoscrivono tacitamente il seguente Regolamento.

2. Il gioco a premi è organizzato da CiboFelice S.R.L. - Piazza Meda 3 -20121, Milano, Italia.

3. Sono automaticamente ammessi al gioco a premio i residenti italiani che seguano il profilo Instagram di Jollibee Italia (@jollibee.it). Il corso di validità di queste condizioni si riferisce al massimo alle 23:59 dell’ultimo giorno di calendario del mese del gioco a premi.

4. Il gioco a premi non comporta alcun costo di iscrizione.

5. I vincitori dovranno essere maggiori di 18 anni.

6. È permessa una sola partecipazione per persona fisica al mese. CiboFelice S.R.L. si riserva perciò il diritto di escludere dal gioco a premi i follower che abbiano applicato con successo - o con insuccesso - tattiche di aggiramento della presente regola (per esempio, creando un profilo per la stessa persona fisica sotto diverso nome).

7. Verrà estratto a sorte un solo vincitore per mese tra tutti i follower del profilo Instagram di Jollibee Italia. Il sorteggio avverrà entro cinque giorni dall’ultimo giorno di calendario del mese. Si proseguirà dunque con un vincitore al mese per tutta la durata della promozione.

8. I vincitori riceveranno - al netto di rettificazioni - 1 Gift Card del valore di €100,00 (cento euro). La vincita non è trasferibile. Non saranno offerte alternative al premio. Si prega di prendere visione del Regolamento relativo all’utilizzo e al corso di validità delle Gift Card di Jollibee Italia: https://www.jollibee-italia.it/coupon-terms.

9. I vincitori saranno selezionati tramite estrazione alla cieca e, se conformi ai requisiti di partecipazione al gioco a premi, informati tramite messaggio privato su Instagram entro cinque giorni dalla data dell’estrazione.

10. Ai vincitori potrà essere richiesto di prendere parte in attività di marketing e promozione.

11. Se il vincitore non dovesse rispondere alla notifica di vincita entro sette giorni dal ricevimento, o non dovesse accettare il premio per ragioni personali, si procederà a una nuova estrazione alla cieca tra i partecipanti rimanenti. Se il vincitore non dovesse rispondere alla notifica di vincita, o non dovesse accettare il premio, i suoi diritti su di esso decadranno immediatamente.

12. CiboFelice S.R.L. si riserva il diritto di effettuare nuovamente l’estrazione nel caso in cui il vincitore sia minore di 18 anni.

13. CiboFelice S.R.L. si riserva il diritto di effettuare nuovamente l’estrazione nel caso in cui il vincitore non sia residente in Italia al momento della vincita.

14. Ai dipendenti di CiboFelice S.R.L., i suoi fornitori, i suoi agenti, i suoi distributori e i loro parenti prossimi non è consentito partecipare alle estrazioni.

15. Il gioco a premi è regolato dalla Legge italiana.

16. Il gioco a premi potrà essere sospeso o modificato in ogni momento.

Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are for the Jollibee Italy Monthly Instagram Follower Prize Draws. All users that Follow the Jollibee Italy Instagram Page are eligible for the Prize Draws but by accepting a prize entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The Prize Draws are organised by CiboFelice S.R.L. - Piazza Meda 3 -20121, Milano, Italia.

3. You must be a resident of Italy and a Follower of the Jollibee Italy Instagram page (@jollibee.it) to be automatically entered into the Prize Draws. Entries for each separate, monthly Prize Draw must be made before 23:59 CEST on the last day of each calendar month.

4. The Prize Draws are free to enter.

5. Winning entrants must be aged 18 or over.

6. One winner will be chosen every month, at random, from all Jollibee Italy Instagram Followers. The draw will be made within 5 days of each Prize Draw closing date, where a winner will be randomly drawn from the full list of Instagram Followers. There will be one winner each month, for as long as this promotion continues.

7. Only one entry per person each month is permitted. CiboFelice S.R.L. reserves the right to exclude followers from being included in the Prize Draw, should it be clear that one person has tried to circumvent the entry rules by entering from multiple different Instagram accounts.

8. The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated, 1x Gift Card to the value of €100 Euro. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply:

9. The winners will be chosen at random and, if eligible, notified via direct messaging on Instagram within five days of the draw date.

10. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.

11. If the winners fail to respond within 7 days of notification, or declines the prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If the winners declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

12. CiboFelice S.R.L. reserves the right to redraw the winning entrant if the account owner is under 18.

13. CiboFelice S.R.L. reserves the right to redraw the winning entrant if the account owner is not an Italian resident.

14. Employees of CiboFelice S.R.L., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

15. The prize draw is governed by the laws of Italy.

16. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
